Introduction Of Elliptical Vibrating Screen:

The invention provides a uni-axial excitation elliptical vibrating screen, comprising a spring body , a spring seat and four groups of spring components of supports distributed at both sides of a screen box , a connecting hole is fixed in the connecting hole on the spring seat , so the screen box can be fixed with the spring components, and the height difference of the front support and the rear support forms an angle of inclination of the screen box. Vibrators are positioned at the middle part of the screen box and are coupled with a power system. When an electromotor drives two vibrators at the left side to rotate simultaneously, eccentric blocks on the vibrators produce the centrifugal inertial force of circular hodograph when in rotation, the difference between the mechanical vibration system horizontal frequency ratio and the vertical frequency ratio is utilized to make the screen box do elliptic motion under the condition of uni-axial excitation. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, low making cost and easy realization, and can conveniently upgrade the circular vibrating screen in use to the elliptical vibrating screen.
