Work Conditions Of Hot Mine Screen:
1. Both the direction of the moving of materials on the screen and the putting of them should be the same and the feeding gap should be no higher than 500mm so as to reduce the impact on the screen.
2. A heat protection device should be fixed between the vibrating motors and the screen in order to depress the impact of heat on the vibrating motors.
3. Cooling devices should be fixed in order to maintain the temperature on the screen under 500°C
4. Do not fix the hopper, extractor fan and the heat protection device on the main body of the screen and the distance between them should be less than 50mm.
